How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your mobile via email and SMS. You can also log in to your Innovist account and check the ‘My Orders’ section for live updates.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team at chat@innovist.com. However, once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
How to modify my order?
Once an order is placed, you won't be able to modify it. Please double-check your order details before confirming, and feel free to reach out to our support team if you need any help.
How do I return my order?
To return your order, please reach out to us at chat@innovist.com. Our dedicated support team will guide you and ensure your issue is resolved quickly.
What is an unfulfilled order?
An unfulfilled order generally indicates that the order is being prepared for dispatch.
My order shows ‘Delivered’ but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
We recommend checking with your neighbours, security guard, or the person who might have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still can’t find it, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
I received the wrong/damaged product. What should I do?
We’re really sorry that you had to go through this! Please raise your concern at chat@innovist.com within 48 hours of delivery. Our support team will reach out to you and resolve the issue at the earliest.
Can I place an order on Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Definitely! You can place an order using Cash on Delivery. Since COD is available only for select pin codes, please check its availability at checkout.
I entered the wrong phone number/email ID in my order. How can I update it?
To update your phone number/email ID, please write to us at chat@innovist.com with your order number and the correct information. If the order has not been shipped yet, our team will update the details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and select digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for eligible pin codes.
Is there an extra charge for COD?
Yes, we levy an additional charge of ₹59 for Cash on Delivery (COD) option. To save this, you can opt-in for prepaid options and also gain an extra 5% OFF up to ₹125.
My payment failed, but money was deducted. What should I do?
If payment was deducted but your order wasn’t confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment source within 3–7 business days.
Will I get a payment confirmation?
Yes, once your payment is successful, you’ll receive an email, a WhatsApp message, and an SMS confirmation along with your order details.
How long does it take for the refunded amount to reflect in my account?
Within 5-7 days, the refunded amount will reflect in your original payment source.
